The Catch Kick-Cross-Round Kick is a defensive-to-offensive sequence where you catch an opponent's round kick under the armpit to lock them in place. You then step forward to land a cross with the opposite arm, followed by a round kick to their standing leg for a sweep or damage.
A defensive-to-offensive sequence. When the opponent throws a round kick, you catch the leg under the armpit, step forward into cross range, land a clean cross on the trapped opponent, and then finish with your own round kick to the standing leg. The catch keeps the opponent locked in place for both follow-up strikes.
